Other than the much advertised 2012 END OF THE WORLD SCENARIO, any of the other disasters can happen anytime and are the reason you need the safest and smartest shelter you can afford.

Or we can design one to suit any needs. It's our opinion that most bunkers will protect effectively against most CBRE threats (chemical, biological, radiological, explosive,) or even natural disasters, if bunkers are covered with 3 feet of dirt minimum and have a good air filtration system and safety valves on all openings to the exterior. But they all fail in protection against intruders, and we feel that the biggest problem of all after a disaster occurs will be desperate people and criminals trying to get what you have at all costs.

Most companies are selling you a bunker without any serious above ground shelter/protection that makes no sense at all. Anyone can just seal all your air intakes, even pour water in them flooding you, and just wait for you to surface and shoot you. What about protecting your vehicles? Unless you're planning to take them inside the bunker, they will be easy to steal.

Other companies pretending to be experts are out there selling what they claim to be the next evolution from the concrete or steel bunker --the ultimate shelter/bunker -- the COMPOSITE BUNKER! Don't let these people fool you!

This is the same crowd that says that COMPOSITE boats are a good idea, but as far we are concerned they are just junk and we would never go out to the open sea in one of them, just as we wouldn't live in a shelter that could be broken into with basic tools and can be DAMAGED BY FIRE.

We could give numerous cases of tragedies at sea because of such idiotic vessels, not only by fire but also by collisions with submerged objects, even fish. If you live in the gulf coast of the USA please drive by a salvage yard for hurricane damaged boats and see for yourself what happened to all those boats; just ridiculous. It's not IF a fire hits, or IF someone will try to break into your COMPOSITE shelter, BUT WHEN.

Others are selling a metal bunker, that like the fiberglass bunker, once the ground cover is removed, it can easily be broken into with basic tools. Unless you are in an isolated secret location, this type of bunker makes no sense. Even there you'd be gambling, because anyone could just follow you (once you get out for some reason) and find your unprotected location. Going to so much trouble to build one of those is stupid and irresponsible.

Even if the bunker built inside of a mountain has a few advantages over an underground one, it takes a lot more money to build a good one. Vents, solar panels, or other vulnerable equipment would need a special defensible location to be installed on. Short of having the mountain all for yourself where one could use the top for that purpose, it presents a lot of challenges and problems and in most areas there isn't a suitable mountain available. Remember that in case we have major earthquakes or major tectonic plate movement you have the risk of being crushed when you build inside of a mountain, unless you go to extreme walls of tick steel and concrete. Even the NORAD bunker where the USA and Canada have a joint operations center in the Cheyenne mountains of Colorado is not built to resist any of those and of course when such disaster occurs it will be rendered useless. This is typical one dimension thinking of the USA military. Not only these people send your sons and daughters to fight wars they shouldn't fight and that they're not prepared to fight; they also spend your money foolishly without offering the best possible protection not only to the soldier but to the USA citizen. One could say that the fault lies with the government that by been full of incompetent self serving idiots, allows others to run incompetent organizations that are not more than complete scams. Shame in all governments that allow building disposable homes incapable of resisting normal weather disasters, fires and earthquakes. We could also say the same about cars, planes and other disposable vehicles when we have the technology to make them much stronger and safer. The old saying that we have the government we deserve is ever so true! Ultimately shame on you that votes those clowns in and allows the circus to continue.

If your idea of protection includes been protected against military force attacks and like we briefly describe in our introductory page we can also design and build such a complex and one that can resist literally everything.

After a disaster occurs conditions may stay bad for a long time and survivors may go without food, water, or be exposed to other hazardous conditions, like the much advertised tribulation mentioned in the Bible, where there will be disaster after disaster and unsupportable conditions for 7 years. Other people without resources and protection will use all means at their disposal to get some of what you have. It will be either trying to convince you to share with them, steal from you, or die. What would you do in their shoes?

This is why you will need the maximum security that you can afford

If possible you should even have a second secret location where you could go in case the first one gets compromised, either by volcanic activity, radiation, intruders or other.

In the biblical scenario, extreme heat will be one of the problems. Our double wall with an R value of 40 or more, plus our exclusive air conditioning system, plus 6 panes of glass on windows, plus insulated window shutters, plus a energy generation system of solar panels, wind generators, fuel generators, and a couple of energy storage systems, will be one of the few that can maintain livable conditions above ground.

If you want to have the best chances of survival in any disaster there are a few things to consider when choosing where to build your house/bunker. First, be at an elevation of 1000 feet (at least) if you are within 100 miles of the coast. No matter where you build, stay on high ground, with proper drainage all the way to the ocean. Stay away from known quake faults and be close to a natural water source and good ground in case conditions will permit to grow food.

Another possible scenario (and in our opinion the most likely to happen in the next 30 years) will be a WORLD WAR III that would include a nuclear component that will affect most countries in the NORTHERN HEMISPHERE and even a possible invasion of the USA by the Chinese. If such war was to happen other issues must be addressed, such as location and defenses.

The safest place to have a shelter would probably be in SOUTH AMERICA, maybe SOUTH AFRICA where one would be away from predominant winds and direct attacks.

In case your shelter is in the USA or any other country that could be a target, it's important to be as remote as possible and as secret as possible. Not only do you want to stay away from nuclear fallout, it's important to stay away from invaders and even local governments or military. In a lawless country you'd be a primary target if they find out you have medicine and food that they badly need.

Other possible disasters will include:

ICE AGE--- where a more tropical location would be more desirable. In this case a location closer to the ocean can be desirable because it may be possible to fish.

METEOR--- A large meteor (if falling in the ocean) probably would destroy all communities at lower elevations in that ocean.

If falling on land, a meteor will destroy or affect lives for thousands of miles, bringing a state of chaos and misery. Again if one survives the impact and is in an area affected, it's time to bunker down and go in survival mode or move to a second location away from affected area.

VOLCANOES--- There are areas that must be avoided at all cost, but one can never tell when one will occur or even what is safe or not. It's important that in a global scenario with many volcanoes erupting at the same time, one is prepared to move at a moments notice and know where to go and what to take. Preparation is everything here and even if the primary location must be chosen carefully based on geological reports and known faults, possible lava flow, predominant winds and ash fallout, because of the nature of such disaster and the all world been a possible target only a quick evacuation and careful preparation can maximize the chances of survival.

OUR BUNKER CONCEPT:

__ Built directly underneath our super safe homes. The bunker can be any size desired, preferably it will be built in the shape of a compressor tank to be able to resist large outside pressures either by explosions, large quakes or plate movement.

__It could also be built by itself with just a small watch tower/bunker for defense purposes. The problem in this case is that you must have a garage attached to your building for your vehicles and again, if you're going to build such a large garage, you're better of building a pyramid or any other safe home. Our pyramid can have garages for 12 vehicles or more

__Commercial grade kitchen, freezers, all amenities of a regular house. Bath fixtures from waterless to minimal consumption.

__ Built a minimum of 4 feet below grade with solid concrete walls, floor and ceilings. Ceiling either 2 ft of concrete or 2 x 1 ft with gravel/sand in between slabs. Special anti-corrosion rebar on exterior walls. Flood prevention system of pumps an drainage, along with waterproofing material on all exterior walls.

__ Primary access from inside pyramid shaft, through stairs, elevator, or secret passage. It can have an exterior entrance that will include 2 ninety degrees turns with vault doors at each turn and port holes for weapons and surveillance. Even from inside the pyramid, the bunker is protected by a vault type door minimum.

__Will have water and fuel tanks as needed for survival up to 7 years. Diesel and propane can be stored for that time easily, only gasoline deteriorates too fast and should not be used. Tanks can be inside the bunker or buried alongside the bunker and even underneath it. Pyramid will act as water collector. Possible well must be concealed or be inside the bunker.

__Air filters with manual cranks for power outages. All vents in secured location on the pyramid and even there are protected by special valves that can be closed at will or by pressure differential.

__Sewer system directly underneath bunker, ground conditions permitting but coupled to a pumping system that will stop water from going down or coming up from the ground and redirecting it to other location, with the option of filtering and reusing water in both scenarios.

__Two escape emergency exits leading to concealed location away from pyramid. Concealed exit covered with normal ground cover.

__Decontamination and hospital room in bunker.

__Generators in bunker and pyramid. Solar panels directly on pyramid. Possible wind turbine on top of pyramid. Battery bank inside bunker in sealed room.

__ Air conditioning in bunker and pyramid connected to our exclusive air circulating system.

__ CO2 removal like in submarines on the works. That would allow for livable conditions even if exterior air gets contaminated or primary defense lines and air vents get compromised.

Compare this to what others want to sell you? This is the only way to build a bunker. A place where you have the best chance of surviving a world wide disaster and you won't be afraid of people finding out where you live.

OUR PYRAMID

Can be built with extra security and with serious defense systems from flame throwers to remote controlled guns and more. We have security expertize in weapons and military defense and can design and build a defense system to protect you in ANY SCENARIO YOU DESIRE.

This is the only way one can have vehicles secured and been able to leave the security of your shelter in an armored vehicle if conditions permit.

What vehicles to have? We believe that you will need a minimum of 2 4x4 vehicles, preferably large SUV's or large quad-cab pick-ups and they must be diesel powered. One must armour all vehicles to resist basic weapons fire and even have a special vehicle to resist just about anything including IED's and yes we can design and build one of those too. You must carry weapons at all times in all vehicles with the minimum been a good .308 semi-auto and a long range sniper rifle. your special vehicle will have other defenses, some remote controlled and others for short range in case it gets surrounded, flipped over, immobilized or any other possible combat scenario. It's also important that all members of your group have basic weapons training, that you store a lot of ammunition and that everyone participates in drills and is prepared to face any scenario. Don't forget other people will try to get what you have at all cost.

To be able to travel over water one will need a couple of boats, one maybe a shallow bottom river boat with some bullet protection area and an ocean going motor-sailor for a possible ocean escape or even living on it if required. Boats must be diesel powered and built of aluminum.

Boats must fit in your garage and able to be pulled on a trailer. For a quicker escape and in case all others options aren't available, one small 4 seater plane on floats and with foldable wings, again able to fit in your garage and powered by a diesel motor. Also one will need maybe motorcycles or snowmobiles to cover all aspects of ground transportation and have weapons on all vehicles.

If you desire to build in secret, either without the government, local authorities or neighbors knowing about it we can do that too. With our own onsite concrete plant and trucks and the ability to build a metal shop to hide your construction site or even by using other building project as a decoy or both. As we say on our opening page: WE HAVE SOLUTIONS NOT EXCUSES.

BOTTOM LINE: IF HALF A DOZEN GUYS WITH GUNS, A TORCH, A SLEDGE HAMMER OR PICK AND A BACKHOE CAN BREAK INTO YOUR BUNKER OR THE ONE YOU'RE CONSIDERING, IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR US AND IT SHOULDN'T BE GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU EITHER.

Only military force could break into our bunker and even that could be protected against. All one needs is a better Cheyenne mountain {NORAD] type bunker. Better because Cheyenne was not built to defend against an attack and has other serious flaws. If you have to ask the price for one of those,...........!
